Megyn Kelly has told NBC she will not spill whatever beans she has on the network and the people who work there. but at a hefty price.

Megyn Kelly Todaywas officially canceled on Friday after she faced intense criticism for defending blackface in Halloween costumes, and multiple reports stated that the 47-year-old journalist is completely out at NBC after making her debut on the network last June.

But seeing how paparazzi were not giving up on making her speak and had even gathered outside her house every day, catching her and her family on camera, she chose to break her silence on social media! The only hang-up? Negotiating her exit package and that massive $69 million contract. Freedman said NBC News chief Andy Lack needs to correct the false information and stop leaking it, should the network itself be the source of details of the negotiations. NBC made a decision to cancel Kelly's show last week, less than two years into her three-year contract, following a controversy that involved her defending the use of blackface paint for Halloween costumes on-air. "Or are they somehow attempting to use these fabrications for some fictitious advantage in the discussions we're having?"

According to the Hollywood Reporter, NBC does not want to pay out the rest of Kelly's contract, while Kelly is reportedly reluctant to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Turkish prosecutor says Khashoggi 'strangled' when he entered consulate, body dismembered
Turkey is demanding to know where Mr Khashoggi's body is and who gave the order for the operation to kill him. The Turkish authorities had released a video evidence of him entering the Saudi consulate in Istanbul .

Then there's the kicker squarely aimed to resonant in the corporate corridors and up the chain of command: "If Andy Lack has lost control, my hope would be that Steve Burke can step in and not permit blatant lies about our discussions to remain uncorrected".

On Wednesday, Kelly's team took NBC News chairman Andrew Lack to task over the story.

But a source told ET last week that Kelly's NBC show has been chaotic and dysfunctional behind the scenes since the show's premiere in September 2017.

CNN framed Freedman's public comments as an "unusual move", and reports NBC simply replied that it "respect [s] the confidentiality of the process".
