Michael Avenatti is vowing to focus "full steam ahead" on holding Donald Trump "and his unethical cronies" after the L.A. County District Attorney's Office declined to press charges against the Stormy Daniels attorney following his arrest for alleged domestic violence last week.

On Wednesday, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office announced it had referred Avenatti's case to the L.A. city attorney for possible misdemeanor counts.

Minuitti, who says that she's been living with Avenatti since January, told the media that Avenatti had called her an "ungrateful f****** b****" after the couple got into an argument about money on November 13. "I have maintained my innocence since the moment of my arrest", he wrote. "I wish to thank my supporters, friends, family, attorneys, and clients for the outpouring of support they've provided".

In response to the move by the District Attorney's office, Avenatti tweeted he was "grateful for justice". A restraining order against Avenatti was issued after actress Mareli Miniutti said he dragged her across the floor of his Los Angeles apartment after an argument.

Mareli Miniutti, the actress who was granted a temporary restraining order against attorney Michael Avenatti claimed, in court documents, that he "dragged" her on the floor and put her into a public hallway dressed only in a T-shirt and underwear.

TLP leader Pir Afzal Qadri in a video message corroborated that police was raiding their mosques in order to arrest leaders. The TLP, in turn, had only offered an apology "if it hurt the sentiments of or inconvenienced anyone without reason".

However, Miniutti's attorney - Michael Bachner - believes the case will be charged as a misdemeanor by the city attorney. Pictures attached to the filing showed a deep red bruise on a part of Miniutti's body.

Miniutti also describes a prior incident in February in which Avenatti allegedly pushed her out of a different apartment and threw his shoes at her.

Miniutti has appeared in at least eight films, including an uncredited role in "Ocean's Eight", according to IMDB.

After the arrest, Avenatti's wife, Lisa Storie Avenatti, whom he is now divorcing, defended him through her attorney.
