Mazda teases its all-new 3 ahead of Los Angeles debut

When Mazda released the first teaser video of the all-new Mazda3 last month, it said that the debut will take place in November.

We use the plural because, as you can see in the teaser photo released with the announcement, the 2019 Mazda3 will debut simultaneously as a four-door sedan and five-door hatchback. Previous reports point to the Kai concept as the inspiration for the production Mazda3.

The automaker confirms that the next Mazda3 will sit on the Skyactiv Vehicle Architecture, which should improve driving dynamics.

The fourth-generation version of this compact vehicle is expected to get the firm's new SkyActiv-X gasoline engines, promising reduced fuel consumption and performances similar to diesels.

Sergeant slain in bar shooting "died a hero", sheriff says
In April, officers responded to a disturbance at Long's home, and he was somewhat irate and acting irrationally, Dean said. They found 12 people dead inside, including the gunman, who was discovered in an office, the sheriff said.

Unlike a regular gasoline engine, in which the fuel-air mixture is ignited by a spark, Skyactiv-X will employ an approached used by diesel engines, which compress the fuel until it becomes so hot it ignites. We had the chance to drive early prototypes, and they came in both automatic and manual versions.

Mazda has confirmed that it'll be pulling the covers off its all-new Mazda3 at the Los Angeles Auto Show, which opens on November 28.
