News Vikings at Bears Flexed to 'Sunday Night Football'

The Vikings-Bears matchup in Week 11 on November 18, originally scheduled for a noon start on Fox, has been flexed to the Sunday night slot on NBC.

The game, originally scheduled to start at 8:20 p.m., will now be a 1 p.m. kickoff at TIAA Bank Field and broadcast on CBS, locally on KDKA-TV. The Bears play host to the Lions on Sunday.

The NFL announced Monday that the NFC North head-to-head on November 18 will be flexed from noon (CT) to 7:20 p.m. (CT) and air on NBC's Sunday Night Football.

Getting the Jags out of prime time makes a lot of sense.

The Vikings are 5-3-1 and trail the first-place Bears (5-3) in the NFC North.

The NFL also made one other change to the Week 11 schedule: The game time for the Eagles-Saints game has been pushed back.

The Bears opened the 2018 season with two night games for the first time in franchise history. That NFC showdown will be televised by Fox.
