That appears to be what Nokia and HMD Global are hoping will sway some potential customers its way at some point in the future.

The Nokia 9 is reportedly still on the cards and while we still wait for official confirmation, we can at least make do with some stunning new renders to further whet our appetites.

Now that the onslaught of late 2018 flagship smartphone releases is pretty much over, it's time to turn our attention to a no doubt furious and exciting avalanche of early 2019 high-enders. As well as the hexagonal penta-camera setup (with dual-tone flash and another proximity sensor) using Zeiss lenses, this new report also claims that the phone will be called the Nokia 9 and include a nostalgic nod to "PureView" in the branding.

We don't have any specifics as to what those five cameras will entail, but we'll likely see the usual assortment of a main sensor, wide-angle lens, a telephoto one, and more.

The whole season we've been grinding out results here and there. "We had Barcelona, Inter and Spurs so it was a very hard group". Tottenham overtook us at home, they were really in charge of the field and that does not happen often in our stadium.

With a 2:1 5.9-inch QHD display in tow, the Nokia 9 sounds sharp and trendy enough while not aiming to beat any size records. However, until that happens, you can take a look at the recent renders and a 360-degree video of the yet-to-be-launched smartphone and marvel at its design. Thanks to the glass back panel, we expect the device to feature wireless charging. The power button and volume rocker are seen on the right, while the bottom shows a USB Type-C port and a single speaker grille. Disappointingly, the phone lacks a 3.5mm headphone jack just like the Nokia 8 Sirocco. A secondary microphone is integrated into the antenna band on the top-edge, and there's also a third microphone on the back.

First and foremost, it's worth highlighting the Nokia 9 PureView will most likely snub the infuriating notch trend.

Numerous elements, including the five-lens camera on the rear, have been spotted in previous leaked images but there were also several details released with the images.
