Dubbed as Selfie Pro, the company will be launching the new smartphone on November 28.

Every one knows Realme is a sub-brand of Oppo and has launched few devices in the recent past which have received a good response in the market and now the company is all set to launch another smartphone in India called as the Realme U1. The company has launched a teaser, which hints the Realme U1 to come with a MediaTek Helio P70 processor, which is also the flagship chipset from MediaTek.

Realme announced the launch of a new "U" series smartphone in India soon.

Based on the listing, it is safe to assume that the Realme U1 will have a waterdrop-style notch and a premium design. Now, the teaser page for Realme U1 posted by Amazon India confirms that it will be a selfie-centric smartphone. Realme U1 is being touted as "India's SelfiePro" coming with "the most powerful selfie camera ever". Moreover, the introduction of MediaTek Helio P70 will bring a bunch of new improvements like high-resolution depth engine, faster multi-frame noise reduction, anti-blooming engine, and accurate AI and more.

Realme U1 will be the first device in the company's new U-series that is aimed at those looking for best selfie camera experience. For photography, Helio P70 supports up to 32-megapixel and dual 24-megapixel plus 16-megapixel cameras. It managed to reach a total of 3 million users within 6 months of separating from Oppo and being 4th in online share within just 30 days of launch. At that time, Realme didn't reveal when it would launch this new smartphone in India.
