Russian Federation blames rocket failure on mistake during assembly

"The cause of the LV accident is of operational nature and extends to the backlog of the "Soyuz" type LV "package". Hague and Ovchinin where rescued by response teams in Kazakhstan after their capsule ejected from the booster in what is called a ballistic landing, but the subsequent grounding of the Soyuz booster placed the very future of the ISS in jeopardy.

After the failed launch of a "Soyuz " rocket has submitted to the Russian space Agency Roscosmos to its investigation report. It's a miracle that neither of the astronauts was injured. In that incident, a Launch Escape System saved the two crewmembers.'THERE WAS A BIT OF TENSION': ASTRONAUT DESCRIBES WATCHING MOON LANDING WITH BUZZ ALDRIN'S FAMILYThe country's space program has been in the spotlight.

The cause of the accident was the deformation of the sensor separation.

The agency says one of the 4 boosters failed to detach normally right after liftoff due to a faulty sensor. The Soyuz is now the only rocket that is capable of sending humans to the ISS and a launch failure hasn't happened since 1983.

Oceans heating faster than previously thought
You can reasonably argue that measuring ocean temperatures using thermometers is a lot more accurate, and you would be right. So some squid populations are already swimming to the north in search of cooler water with more oxygen.

The news that the problem was traced to a sensor malfunction and the next crew could launch on December 3 was revealed yesterday by Sergei Krikalev, Roscosmos executive director for human spaceflight and one of Russia's most experienced cosmonauts. The U.S. companies SpaceX and Boeing are developing astronaut taxis under multibillion-dollar NASA contracts, and both vehicles are scheduled to make their first crewed test flights in the middle of next year.

According to the Russian defense minister, the rocket, Soyuz-2.1B was launched successfully, which carried a Russian military satellite.

Currently, there are three astronauts on board the ISS, with enough food, water and other supplies to last for several months.

It will celebrate the mould-breaking, ceiling-smashing female talent rising up the ranks and shaking up the industry.
