Tesla subpoenaed by SEC over Model 3 production estimates

Elon Musk says Tesla’s looking to establish a ‘partial presence’ in India by 2019

Elon Musk says Tesla’s looking to establish a ‘partial presence’ in India by 2019

The sped-up video takes just over 30 seconds, and shows off the two-mile-long tunnel that Musk describes as "disturbingly long".

Still, in his most recent tweet, Musk outlined the company's long-term vision for expanding beyond its current biggest markets. The SEC charged in a lawsuit that Mr. Musk had misled investors, and Tesla and Mr. Musk agreed last month to each pay $20-M and have Mr. Musk ousted as Chairman of the Board.

Tesla would only be at fault if it issued targets to investors that were recklessly or purposefully made without a basis in fact. "This is critical to make pricing as affordable as possible", Musk tweeted.

The Tesla CEO, in response to a query about easier access to service locations, said that the company was looking to expand its service presence in existing markets.

Trainer Aidan O'Brien Confirms Horse The Cliffsofmoher Died During Melbourne Cup
There were some reports that The CliffsofMoher appeared distressed and sweaty prior to the jump. "He's really sweating up badly". It could have been worse, Ryan [Moore] could have taken a fall off him, someone could have been seriously injured".

"Aside from the settlement with the SEC relating to Mr. Musk's statement that he was considering taking Tesla private, there have not been any developments in these matters that we deem to be material", the company wrote in the filing.

The SEC issued subpoenas over projections that were made for Model 3 production rates during 2017 but the electric vehicle maker failed to reach. The investors involved have since filed an amended complaint.

The company said then it had booked $52 million in "zero emission vehicle" credit sales. First sketch of the new auto was presented on the show electric truck from Tesla, which was held previous year. It did not say at the time that it had gained another $137 million in regulatory credits, which contributed to almost half of the profit.

In its quarterly statement, however, Tesla disclosed it had brought in an additional $137m in regulatory credits, which contributed to almost half the profit for the quarter. He also said that the finished model will be a large number of titanium components.
