Under Armour faces its own #MeToo moment.

Sports-apparel giant Under Armour recently told employees that they could no longer expense visits to strip clubs on their corporate credit cards, the Wall Street Journal reported Monday.

Plank, a former football player at the University of Maryland, founded Under Armour in 1996, with the company growing into a global brand with nearly $5 billion in annual revenue. Under Armour in September said it would cut its workforce by 3 percent by the end of March to reduce costs restructure its global operations. Executives, including founder Kevin Plank, allegedly met with athletes and employees at strip clubs where they'd spend hundreds of dollars on the company's dime. As a result of interviews with more than a dozen current and former UA employees and executives, the WSJ concludes that strip club visits were part of a workplace environment that women at the company found demeaning.

Microsoft Cortana chief to depart after less than a year in charge
Microsoft is in the midst of trying to reposition Cortana from a standalone digital assistant to more of an assistance aide . If accurate, Soltero's exit could be a sign of how Microsoft will handle Cortana going forward.

"Inappropriate behavior that challenges our values or violates our policies is unacceptable - and will not be tolerated", the company said. Some allege the brand held an annual company event during the Preakness Stakes horse race in which women were invited based on their perceived attractiveness, a method managers were said to have called "stocking the pond". That could be tough in a company where Plank has reportedly given senior roles to friends, and his brother, Scott Plank, left in 2012 after allegations of sexual misbehavior.

The company said the party, held for the 10th time previous year, is created to appeal to a variety of tastes, with musical acts, hot-air balloon rides, a pick-pocket artist and lawn games.
