Spotify's Wrapped playlist shows you your favorite songs from 2018

Spotify Wrapped generates 11 slides in total about your listening habits throughout the year including the first song you discovered this year.

The statistics come with a bright, colorful animated webpage.

Now let's see if all this reflects in his top 100 songs as logic would dictate.

As well as the in-depth analytics, the service also includes a link to your best of 2018 playlist and a personalised playlist of tracks Spotify thinks you will like.

It's an interesting idea.

I was skeptical at first, but the Tastebreakers playlist Spotify's algorithm curated just for me was surprisingly great. You might find something new that you like.

It's been a long year; do you even remember what music you were jamming to back in January or February? Log into your account and you'll receive the playlist.

Timothy's No. 1 song was Shekhinah's "Different", featuring Jamali's Mariechen, which is not at all disputed and his top artist was Bonobo - also correct. Pretty standard yearly stuff, but the presentation comes in a fun way.

You'll see the Top 100 Spotify Songs for you in 2018 and the Tastebreakers that you can play on that page or in your app. You might be surprised by what they show you.

Wrapped starts off with the usual chunk of minutes of music you've listened to over the past twelve months.

2018's version of Wrapped seems to be more in-depth last year's, though as someone who nearly exclusively listens to playlists, my results seems to be a bit less accurate than usual.
