That suspect is expected to be charged with disorderly conduct.

For one day only, The Cheesecake Factory is giving away 40,000 free slices of cheesecake.

Starting at 11:30 a.m., customers can get their free cheesecake slice through the DoorDash app by using the promo code "FREESLICE" at checkout.

Police spokeswoman Ashley Savage says nearby roads were jammed, would-be delivery drivers were double-parked and there were reports of a fistfight. "This means you don't have to order anything and can still get your slice of cheesecake for free".

The Arlington County Police Department stated its officers responded to the scene in the 2900 block of Clarendon Boulevard just before 1 p.m. for a traffic complaint.

Dad's lesson on bullying goes viral
The video shows the student walking along a road with her backpack on and another tote in her hand. "Irony", one user commented. However, others pointed out that by shaming her with the punishment video, the girl was arguably being bullied by her father.

While the large group was forming, a fight reportedly broke out inside the restaurant.

One individual refused police commands to leave the restaurant and resisted efforts at removal.

Video shows officers apprehending a man on the ground, as he struggled with officers. Police told the Post he was transported to a hospital and will be charged with disorderly conduct.
