Adrianne Haslet, the professional dancer who lost a leg in the Boston Marathon bombings and became a symbol of resiliency, remained at a city hospital Monday after being struck by a auto over the weekend in the Back Bay.

Adrianne Haslet shared a photo on Instagram of herself in a hospital bed, writing that she was in a crosswalk when she was hit.

Further details about her injuries are not immediately clear, but Boston police told local media they were not thought to be life-threatening.

"Struck by a auto on Commonwealth Avenue, while on a crosswalk", Haslet said in the post.

Police say the collision occurred around 7:15 p.m. Saturday and that the driver received a citation for failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.
