John Travolta Shows off Newly Shaved Head in New Year's Selfie

"I hope everyone had a great New Year!"

The Grease star showed off his smooth look in an Instagram photo with his 18-year-old daughter, Ella Bleu.

The photo earned unanimous praise from his fans in the comments section, with some telling the 64-year-old Travolta he looks better bald. "Congrats! Happy New Year!" another fan wrote.

When exactly Travolta shaved off all his hair is unclear, but he shared a Christmas Day video with his wife Kelly Preston, daughter Ella and son Ben where he was wearing a white hat.

The actor, in the past, has sported the same kind of hairstyle without any drastic changes.

Meanwhile, Ireland was ranked seventh alongside Belgium, Canada and Greece all of which can travel to 184 destinations. The Henley Passport Index (HPI) is a global ranking of countries according to the travel freedom for their citizens.

Off-screen, the actor was sporting a fuller head of hair as recently as mid-December when he accompanied Pitbull - random - to his hands ceremony on Hollywood Boulevard.

It's been obvious to anyone with eyes that Travolta is bald but the actor has spent the past few decades covering up his hairless head with a variety of wigs. Another added: "John, you look absolutely wonderful with your head shaved and I hope you stick with it".

His fans speculated that his new look may have been inspired from his new friend rapper Pitbull as he was last spotted in public with him.

Travolta also celebrated the 40th anniversary of his iconic film classic Grease back in August, attending a special screening with Olivia Newton-John.
