What he has missed out on musically, however, Bieber has made up for in ink with the unveiling of a new face tattoo.

Bieber apparently got his face tat - a cursive script of the word "grace" over his eyebrow - a couple of months ago; Page Six reported on it and everything.

That tattoo was matched in 2018 by Bieber's wife and fellow Hillsong advocate Haley Baldwin past year.

But it appears that fellow celebrity tattoo artist, Bang Bang, created the new ink.

JonBoy has worked with Bieber and his wife Hailey Baldwin in the past, plus a slew of other A-list celebs including Kendall Jenner, Travis Scott and Zayn Malik to name a few.

Wall Street gains at end of turbulent 2018
The economy is expected to finish 2018 with around a 3 percent annual growth rate, which some economists did not think possible. While the economy isn't facing the challenges people in 1931, during the Great Depression, were facing, headwinds are building.

Fellow tattoo artist Keith McCurdy (aka Bang Bang), who owns Bang Bang Tattoo in New York City, where Bieber got his tat, spoke about the process previous year. "Both in tattooing and inner work I thought I would never have to face", the tattooist captioned a snap of the Sorry singer.

However, she shared in an interview with The Cut in April that she already had 19 "little" tattoos, and was anxious about where she could place any new designs.

"Thank you. Thank you to my clients who have become some of my best friends".

"Gods (sic) grace is sufficient in our weakness and it is by Gods (sic) love we here for 2019!". He got married previous year. "Justin's tattoo is on his face, and I haven't seen any photos of it - so he's doing a good job of laying low".

All of this is to say the seal is officially broken, and you could reasonably expect Bieber to go for face tattoo #3 before the year is out. "I don't want to give away what it is until press gets a hold of it".
