Krispy Kreme Unveils New Valentine’s Day Themed ‘Conversation Doughnuts

With the expected shortage of candy conversation hearts this Valentine's season, Krispy Kreme looks to fill that void with the introduction of new Valentine's Day-themed "Conversation Doughnuts". Launching Wednesday, January 30 (and sticking around until Valentine's Day), the frosted, heart-shaped pastries are topped with more than a dozen phrases, both new and traditional.

"Finding the right word can be like, I don't know....hard".

According to CandyStore.com, the treat could return in 2020 (because the brand was bought by Spangler Candy Company), but for now, lovers have the option of expressing their affection with Krispy Kreme.

US President, Donald Trump, recently signed an accord reaffirming Washington's commitment to Taiwan, including arms sales. Currently, only 17 countries recognise Taiwan , and as a effect they do not have any official relations with Beijing.

Members of Krispy Kreme's rewards program can also pick up a free "conversation doughnut" with any purchase on February 6. "So, we printed the right words on the doughnuts for you so you can't mess this up", said Dave Skena, Chief Marketing Officer for Krispy Kreme Doughnuts said in a press release.

Plus, there's a sweet bonus!

Customers who are signed up as reward members can also grab a free conversation donut on February 6 with any purchase. You can sign up to be a rewards member, here.
