Leak reveals Galaxy S10 battery sizes

Following on from a leak of Samsung's new Galaxy S10 in the flesh, we've now potentially got some more details about what's inside. Granted, they seem to indicate less hardware on the back for the Galaxy S10 lite, which could mean a lack of a heart-rate or fingerprint scanner, or the lack of an additional camera. Previous rumors suggested the same battery rating, so a confirmation is always good to be had. At 4,000 mAh it matches the Galaxy Note 9's battery, and that's pretty decent.

Of course, there could be two more Galaxy S10 models, both of them featuring 5G capabilities, as we have previously heard.

Honor View20 India launch confirmed for January 29: Specs, expected price
Given how the firm is actively teasing both, it is safe to assume the Honor View 20 will be joined by the 10 lite on January 29. The launch is likely to happen sometime in mid-January but there is no word regarding the exact launch date of this smartphone.

Yes, despite earlier whispers to the contrary, it looks like the Galaxy S10 Plus will not boast six cameras across the front and the rear of the device, according to the reliable tipster known as Ice Universe. The same source claims the upcoming range of Android flagships will at the very least support 20W charging (5V/4A), which would put it on par with most high-end devices from 2018 which can be fully recharged in about an hour. Instead, it's going the route of punching a hole in its displays, and while we're not entirely sure that's a better option, it is at least something a little different to the sea of notch-based phones we've seen in the a year ago.

If Samsung follows its normal path, then we will see the Galaxy S10 arrive towards the end of February, so we shouldn't have to way too long before we start to see better leaks of what will be the first big phone release of 2019.
