The 2019 Sundance Film Festival begins January 24th and runs through February 3rd.

The Jackson estate promptly denounced the "Leaving Neverland". "When allegations of sexual abuse by Jackson involving young boys surfaced in 1993, many found it hard to believe that the King of Pop could be guilty of such unspeakable acts". 2019 marks the ten year anniversary of the death of Jackson, and a new documentary that reexamines some of his alleged cases of sexual abuse will be touching down at the Sundance Film Festival. "Seduced by the singer's fairy-tale existence and enthralled by their relationship with him, both boys' families were blind to the manipulation and abuse that he would ultimately subject them to".

Jackson was acquitted of molestation charges in a 2005 trial.

Jeff Bezos tweeted that he and his wife, MacKenzie, are divorcing
The divorce, which could become one of the most expensive in history , could potentially affect Bezos's stake in Amazon . MacKenzie , on the other hand, would become the richest woman by a large margin with almost $70 billion to her name.

The estate said in a statement on Wednesday that the documentary Leaving Neverland 'is yet another lurid production in an outrageous and pathetic attempt to exploit and cash in on Michael Jackson'. The estate continued on to say the, "so-called documentary is just another rehash of dated and discredited allegations". A representative for Reed did not immediately reply to an after-hours email seeking comment.

"Leaving Neverland" alleges that global superstar Michael Jackson began relationships with two boys, aged 7 and 10, along with their families.

The filmmaker behind Leaving Neverland is Dan Reed, known for helming previous TV documentaries Three Days of Terror: The Charlie Attacks, The Paedophile Hunter, and The Ground Zero Mosque.
