Grant teased her upcoming appointment on her Insta page in November previous year saying, "On the countdown for @benefitcosmeticsuk to launch their new product. any guesses what it might be??"

The beauty pageant victor is now promoting the brand's "Roller liner" eyeliner product along with three other "wing women". She was the first person with Down's syndrome to win the annual pageant.

The beauty brand has selected 20-year-old Kate Grant to be a new brand ambassador, and she is now featuring in their new Roller Liner campaign.

A recent post from the cosmetics company reads: "WING WOMAN WEDNESDAY".

The makeup giant chose Grant after photos of her wearing one of their eyeliners received a lot of likes and comments on Instagram.

Kate Grant who hails from Co Tyrone, Northern Ireland has quite the portfolio, too.

The charity, which delivers a trauma team to critically injured people in London, is close to William's heart. The palace wished Middleton a happy birthday on the palace and the royal family's official Twitter accounts.

"What an inspirational young lady, thank you Benefit for the heartwarming equal chances with your models. And for the wonderful makeup obviously", one user commented.

Another shared similar sentiments, writing, "So much love for you guys for hiring a handsome model regardless of her disability! yaaas to diversity, and thank you for helping show that people with downs can achieve big as well as dream big!" "So great to see @benefitcosmeticsuk promoting inclusivity!" added one user.

Ms Grant who reported the image to her Instagram page today wrote alongside it how the past week has been so incredible, thanking Benefit UK.

"She is paving the way for people coming behind her".

Kate has revealed that this is just the very beginning for her in 2019, as she has plenty of more goals to tick off her list, including modelling in the London and Paris Fashion Weeks, have her own front cover on a magazine and to continue to raise awareness for people with disabilities.

Kate shared a similar snap on her own Instagram account, declaring: "This week has been fantastic thank you @benefitcosmeticsuk".
