For Toyota enthusiasts, "A90" was the giveaway: the A40, A60, A70 and A80 that came before were Supras.

Inside, Toyota says the Supra cockpit has been inspired by single-seater racing cars, with a low dashboard to maximise forward views and the main controls tightly grouped together.

Klitschko May Return To Face Whyte At Wembley
Whyte also went on to admit he would be open to facing Wladimir Klitschko in the future if the former heavyweight champion made a dramatic comeback this year.

The 2020 Supra Launch Edition, which goes on sale this summer, is based on the 3.0 Premium grade. You'll be able to spot them thanks to the red mirror caps and the matte-black 19-inch wheels. The auto will come with a matte gray exterior, matte black wheels, red side mirror caps, a red leather interior, and a carbon fiber dash plaque indicating its status as the first 2020 Supra. This will be a charity auction, with all proceeds to be shared by the American Heart Association and the Bob Woodruff Foundation. It routes power to the rear wheels through a one-choice-only eight-speed automatic transmission. The 3.0 Premium grade features an upgraded 8.8-inch wide-format touchscreen display with Navigation, Supra Connect telematics services, wireless Apple CarPlay, a premium 12-speaker JBL audio system, wireless phone charging, a color Head-Up Display, and heated, leather-trimmed seats. The only option available is a $1195 Driver Assistance package that adds adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, parking sensors, and rear-collision warning, which brings the cost of a fully loaded Supra Launch Edition to $57,375.

The first 90 European customers who pre-order will be offered a limited A90 Edition - reflecting the chassis code seen on the development vehicle - that will come with a Storm Grey matt paint finish, black alloy wheels and a rear leather interior.
