During the Indiana Pacers' matchup with Toronto on Wednesday, Jan. 23, guard Victor Oladipo went down with a gruesome knee injury chasing an outlet pass. Oladipo's knee was covered with a towel before he was stretchered off the floor and taken to the locker room. "It's emotional, but we have to overcome it and play". However, Oladipo's potential loss would be a huge blow to his team, which is in third place in the Eastern Conference but which relies heavily on his scoring and playmaking skills. "We've got to keep going for him".

Following the injury, National Basketball Association players immediately sent messages of support and well wishes via social media. Siakam was joined by the likes of LeBron James, Karl-Anthony Towns and Bradley Beal.

He has developed into one of the most important players for the franchise since swapping Oklahoma for Indianapolis at the beginning of last season. Oladipo will undergo an MRI on Thursday, Jan. 24. In 35 games, he averaged 19.2 points, 5.7 rebounds, 5.3 assists, and 1.7 steals.

Oladipo is having another all-star caliber season with the Pacers.

Sweethearts sweets won't be on shelves this Valentine's Day
Want to tell someone "Be Mine" with your Valentine's candy? In Anne Of Green Gables, first published in 1908, Gilbert proffers a pink candy heart with the words, "You Are Sweet", to Anne, who grinds it under her heel.

Oladipo and the Pacers have been a ideal match since the team acquired him from the Oklahoma City Thunder in the trade centered on perennial All-Star Paul George.

We wish Victor Oladipo a speedy recovery.

"We always want to stick together through thick and thin", Indiana's Thad Young said.
