Packers landing Titans' Matt LaFleur as National Football League head-coaching domino falls

According to a report from NFL Network, Green Bay has hired former Tennessee offensive coordinator Matt LaFleur to fill its head coaching vacancy.

According to reports, they've begun notifying other head coaching candidates that they're no longer being considered.

The search for the Green Bay Packers' 15th head coach in franchise history started early this season after the team fired Mike McCarthy in Week 13 following the loss to the Arizona Cardinals.

Canada's standing in world tennis took another giant leap forward today thanks to an 18-year-old from Mississauga. My goal was only to qualify and maybe get a couple of rounds in, but now I've beaten a couple of top players.

Packers offered the job to Titans' OC Matt LaFleur, per sources.

ESPN's Adam Schefter says the Packers have been contacting other candidates to let them know the choice is made.

LaFleur spent last season as the Tennessee Titans' offensive coordinator and previously worked under Sean McVay for the Los Angeles Rams and Kyle Shanahan with the Atlanta Falcons. However, the offensive personnel Green Bay is vastly superior so we may finally get to see a LaFleur offense in full.
