Sandra Bullock & Netflix Are Teaming Up Again For Another Sci Fi Flick

In some kick-ass news, Sandra Bullock has teamed up with Netflix again, this time to produce - and potentially star in - the film adaptation of the Reborn series by legend Mark Millar and Greg Capullo.

The LEGO Batman Movie director Adam McKay is also a executive producer on The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part and was previously reported to be in talks to helm a live-action film centered on Batman character Nightwing. However, upon being reborn into the afterlife, Bonnie is now in the prime of her life, and she is roped into an eternal war being waged throughout this new world.

Academy Award victor and Bird Box star Sandra Bullock will re-team with Netflix to co-produce Reborn alongside Roy Lee and Miri Yoon for Vertigo Entertainment.

Bonnie, now 25-years-old in Adystria, meets her dad, Tom, and her childhood dog but sees no sign of her husband Harry - who was murdered ten years ago.

There's a comic book-shaped vacancy on Netflix since the cancellation of shows like Daredevil, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist, but the works of Mark Millar's Millarworld are looking to move in pronto.

While she's not yet attached to star in the film, Deadline reports there's still a chance that Sandra could lead the cast.

In short, Millar, Bullock, and Netflix together?

Bullock, at least, recently had a ton of success with Netflix; the Oscar-winner starred in director Susanne Bier's Bird Box, which turned out to be one of the most-streamed original films for the platform and made a ton of people on the internet fall down the stairs while wearing blindfolds.
