CBS Minnestoa reports that up until Thursday, Barron County Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald has said investigators had not received any credible leads in this case, despite thousands of tips. A suspect was arrested at 4:54 p.m., also in Gordon.

Douglas County is roughly 80 miles north of Barron County.

Jayme Closs was taken from her home in Barron, Wisconsin on October 15, after the teenager's parents were shot dead in their home.

A suspect in her disappearance is in custody. Neighbors, family and volunteers gathered to help with searches of the area. They are being aided by the FBI and Wisconsin Division of Criminal Investigation agents.

A $50,000 reward had been offered for any information leading to the discovery of Jayme.

"There was rumors earlier today, and I prayed and prayed and they come to not be true", said Jayme's aunt, Sue.

The 911 audio helped investigators determine that Jayme was in the house at the time of her parents' murders. Autopsies determined the two died of gunshot wounds and were murdered, and that Closs was inside the home when they were killed. Some tips led officials to recruit 2,000 volunteers for a massive ground search on October 23. She asks people to continue to pray for "Jayme's well-being and our families healing". They reported heavy law enforcement presence near Walworth County, but was not related to Closs.

On the sheriff department's Facebook page later on Thursday evening, Fitzgerald wrote that Closs would be reunited with her family that night.

Authorities have scheduled a press conference for 10 a.m. on Friday to discuss the case.
