Two vehicles were trapped on the Pacific Coast Highway by the mudslide, and the rapper's auto is actually still stuck there, amid the local disaster.

Soulja Boy was involved in a "vary bad auto accident" after his vehicle was caught in a mudslide while driving in Malibu on Saturday night.

While retweeting a photo of cars stuck in sludge, the musician added: "My auto got stuck too nearly went into the ocean".

DeAndre Cortez Way, known professionally as Soulja Boy, was in a auto accident in LA on Saturday night. "My face all swollen and sh*t", he said.

He went on to retweet concerned fans. "Thank you everyone for checking on me I'm ok!"

The news came after flash flood warnings were issued across Southern California last night, in the wake of the deadly Woolsey Fire which torched the region.

Rainfall in Southern California this weekend triggered an onslaught of mudslides and flash flooding across the area, causing road closures and accidents right before Sunday's Golden Globes ceremony in Los Angeles, NBC Los Angeles reported.

Despite the scary incident, the 28-year-old rapper was thankful to be safe.

'Thank God for another day, with new opportunities and blessings, ' he went on to post after apparently barely surviving the disgusting experience.
