This creepy website lets you generate endless faces of humans who don't exist

The website This Person Does Not Exist is a simple webpage that throws up a new image each time the page is refreshed. If you thought that AI wasn't to the point where it could create fake-yet-believable human faces, prepare for a rather rude awakening.

A website, which aptly goes by the name "This Person Does Not Exist", has a pool of deepfake faces which look so real, you might just question your own existence. It's somewhat alarming to consider the implications of technology this capable, and in fact, there's already been plenty of debate about the topic within the tech community thanks to the rise of things like Deepfakes, which use this technology to accomplish more unsavory goals. "I have it dream up a random face every two seconds, and display that to the world in a scalable fashion", Wang says. As we ask developer Phillip Wang about the requirement and specifications of the computer, Wang told that it does not need any high computation power, either.
