Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain returns to Liverpool's Champions League squad

The return of Oxlade-Chamberlain will be a big boost the midfield unit that has struggled to create and dominate over the last few months.

It was confirmed on Monday that the former Arsenal man has been named in Liverpool's Champions League squad for the knockout rounds.

Non-locally trained players: Alisson Becker, Simon Mignolet, Virgil van Dijk, Dejan Lovren, Alberto Moreno, Andy Robertson, Joel Matip, Ki-Jana Hoever, Fabinho, Gini Wijnaldum, Naby Keita, Xherdan Shaqiri, Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane, Mohamed Salah, Divock Origi.

The 25-year-old underwent surgery after he ruptured the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee in the semi-final against AS Roma last season, and the England global missed the World Cup in Russian Federation as a result.

That seat is now Republican and without flipping it the Democrats have virtually no chance of winning control of the U.S. senate. Wary of publicly highlighting those intraparty divisions, Trump made no mention of an emergency declaration in his remarks.

Despite the strides Oxlade-Chamberlain has made in recent weeks, the Telegraph claim Liverpool will continue to be cautious with the midfielder's recovery.

Oxlade-Chamberlain is not expected to return to first-team action until April, as Liverpool refuse to rush him back.

And whilst there is no indication that Oxlade-Chamberlain is in line for an imminent return, fans will certainly welcome the return of a player that proved somewhat of a talisman in their run to the Champions League final last season, scoring a scorcher in the quarter-final against Manchester City.

The maximum of 25 for List A-in other words, those not born on or after January, 1997 and with the club for any uninterrupted period of two years-remained however.
