Steelers WR Antonio Brown asks the fans if they want him back

If the San Francisco 49ers' chances of trading for Antonio Brown were slim before, they might have dropped even more now.

TMZ reports that Brown was "involved in a domestic dispute" in January, but it's important to note that he was not arrested.

This news comes as the Steelers ponder the idea of trading Brown after tensions grew during Week 17 of the regular season, resulting in the wide receiver being benched for the team's final game.

The outlet has confirmed with the Hollywood, Florida police that Brown is now being investigated after a domestic complaint was filed with the office. The Hollywood, FL police department confirms that Brown was involved in a "domestic dispute" but they also confirm the fact that no charges were filed.

Man dies in the U.S. after vape pen explodes in his face
The vape pen cut an artery in his neck and stopped blood flow to his brain, the Tarrant County Medical Examiner says. A staff member at the vape store said Mr Brown didn't purchase the device from the shop, according to Dallas News .

According to Grossman, no arrests were made.

Obviously a tweet only means so much here, but all things being equal, it is never good to lose a talent like Brown. He wants out of Pittsburgh, and the Steelers are willing to trade him is they receive the right offer. However, with all the headaches he provides off the field, Pittsburgh may be wise to part ways with him, despite how talented he is.

Steelers players, including Juju Smith-Schuster, have called for Brown to return to the team.
