BET Shaded Nicki Minaj And She Literally Cancelled Them

In a since-deleted tweet, BET noted that Cardi B-who's feuded with Minaj in the past-had become the first woman to win Best Solo Rap Album. "Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj is being dragged by her lacefront", read BET's tweet. In a follow-up tweet, she announced that neither she nor any of the acts on the famed Young Money label would be appearing at June's BET Experience.

Minaj was not pleased, and today she took to Twitter to publicly pull out of the BET Concert Experience show.

Lil Wayne was also scheduled to perform. Check out the text (below). Unfortunately, the respect that we have for Nicki was violated by a post that should never have been written. In it, the network said it "deeply apologizes for the hurt, disappointment and confusion" caused by the social media post. We have supported her from the beginning of her career, and we will continue to do so... The post doesn't reflect how we feel about Nicki... "We are committed to doing everything we can to address the situation", BET said noting that an internal audit will be conducted to assure these types of posts are not published again. Nicki and the network are now in a heated argument on Twitter, and now her fans got involved. We understand Nicki's position and look forward to continuing our dialogue with her. She also instructed her fans who bought tickets to the BET Experience to get a refund. "This should have never happened".

Knicks Delete Image Of Kevin Durant In Pitch To Season Ticket Holders
Durant is averaging 27.3 points, 7.1 rebounds and six assists for Golden State so far this season, his third with the team. And, if Kevin Durant is available, the Knicks would gladly welcome him into Madison Square Garden with open arms.

The organisation issued an apology on Monday night when Nicki dropped out of headlining the 2019 awards show and all further projects with the Black Entertainment Television network.

Earlier in the day, Nicki announced herself, Lil Wayne and the Young Money team would be ghost at BET's summer events.
