Fans do not have to go completely vegan to be eligible to win. Those who participate will be entered to win the ultimate prize-up to 30 years of free tickets to see Beyoncé and JAY-Z in concert.

Research has shown that cutting meat and dairy products can boost the planet's health by reducing farmland use and planet-warming greenhouse gas emissions. It's about getting people to understand the power we have to effect change through our food choices.

Beyoncé pledged to eat plant-based breakfasts and go meatless on Mondays, while Jay-Z is promising to eat two plant-based meals a day.
