Trump's Ex Lawyer Cohen to Testify Before Congress Week

Former Trump lawyer Michael Cohen gave Manhattan federal prosecutors new information about the president's family business and about a donor to his inaugural committee, the New York Times reports.

Zuberi was the only individual named in a subpoena issued to the committee by Manhattan federal prosecutors earlier this month.

Cohen, a former employee at the Trump Organization, provided the prosecutors with information about insurance claims filed by the company over the years, the New York Times reported.

Speaking with host Alex Witt, Omarosa was asked what she thought Cohen would say during public testimony scheduled for next week based upon her own relationship with the disgraced Trump family attorney. Amanda Miller, a spokeswoman for the Trump Organization, did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

While it was not clear whether the prosecutors found Mr. Cohen's information credible and whether they meant to pursue it, the meeting suggests that they are interested in broader aspects of the Trump Organization.

North Korea confirms leader on train to summit
Travel by train has been a favorite mode of transport for Kim Jong Un , and his father, Kim Jong Il, and grandfather, Kim Il Sung. Streets around the two places have been beautified with flowers and the flags of North Korea, the U.S and Vietnam.

Cohen pleaded guilty to arranging the payments in violation of campaign finance laws and other crimes previous year in the same district.

Cohen is now set to start a 3-year prison stint in May.

A spokesman for Zuberi, Steve Rabinowitz, said his client wrote the check to Cohen as a retainer. However, Cohen said in his guilty plea to Mueller that he had briefed the president's family members about the negotiations with Russians.

The Trump fixer also reportedly told prosecutors about mega-inaugural donor Imaad Zuberi and an alleged consulting offer.
