Get push notifications with news, features and more. Again, adorable! Besides talking to the young students and sharing her flawless family portrait, the Duchess of Cambridge also learned more about the school programs tailored to support the children's mental health, including the daily mile which encourages the students to be more active.

The Duchess of Cambridge is given flowers by a pupil during a visit to Lavender Primary School in Enfield, north London, in support of Place2Be's Children's Mental Health Week 2019.

The charity works with more than 280 primary and secondary schools across England, Scotland and Wales, providing support and expert training to improve the emotional wellbeing of pupils, families, teachers and school staff.

In a classroom at London's Lavender Primary School, Kate took part in a "show and tell" session with young students, taking out a picture of her with her husband and their three children, Princes George and Louis and Princess Charlotte.

Kate also took part in an activity where students shared objects that represent something that makes them feel good. Sign up for our newsletter to get the latest updates on Kate Middleton, Meghan Markle and more! To say she looked fantastic would be an understatement.

Kate continued her visits at Alperton Community school, where she met with Andria Zafirakou, the UK's first victor of the Varkey Foundation Global Teacher Prize.

The Duchess has made mental health in the young one of the cornerstones of her public work.
