Kings Acquire Caleb Swanigan Team Also Waives Guard Ben Mc Lemore III

The Portland Trail Blazers made another deal ahead of the National Basketball Association trade deadline on Thursday, acquiring forward Skal Labissiere from the Sacramento Kings in exchange for forward Caleb Swanigan. The Mavericks continue to reshape their roster after moving DeAndre Jordan, Dennis Smith Jr, Wes Matthews, and draft picks to the New York Knicks last week for Kristaps Porzingis.

The Kings later confirmed the deal.

Trump's nomination of William Barr as attorney general is scheduled for a vote on Thursday in the Senate Judiciary Committee. Whitaker could also refuse to answer detailed questions about Mueller's investigation and grand jury proceedings, Green said.

Labissiere, the 28th pick of the 2016 National Basketball Association draft, holds career averages of 8.0 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.0 assists in three National Basketball Association seasons but has fallen out of the rotation in Sacramento. The Haitian-born center/power forward is a tireless worker, but his days were numbered when Sacramento added Marvin Bagley III on draft night and Nemanja Bjelica late in free agency. At 6-foot-9, 250 pounds, he is a big body that can give Sacramento a different look against some of the league's stronger post players. He averaged 2.8 points and 1.8 rebounds in 8.7 minutes per game this year.

The 37-year-old Randolph never played for the Kings this season, as they prioritized developing their young frontcourt.
