According to CNN, the tape features two scenes in which a naked man, "who appears to be R. Kelly", can be seen performing sex acts with a girl who refers to the man as "daddy" several times.

CNN is claiming to have seen a tape of rapper Robert Kelly - better known by his stage name of R. Kelly - allegedly having sex with a girl "who refers to her body parts as 14 years old".

According to Michael Avenatti, his client is a 25-year friend of R. Kelly and said the man was a "whistle blower" who met the girl on numerous occasions.

Prosecutors said that that tape depicted Kelly, who was then 35, having sex with a girl as young as 13. His attorney didn't immediately respond to a request for comment on the latest allegations.

The statement says that the time frame of the alleged crime falls within the IL statute of limitations. You can read the entire statement on the new tape from Avenatti below. The unsettling series included interviews of former members of Kelly's inner circle who claimed to have witnessed the "I Believe I Can Fly" singer's alleged relationships with underage girls, as well as women who accused Kelly of physically, mentally and sexually abusing them.

Begum said that her friends, whose husbands have died, made a decision to stay behind in Baghouz. The fate of the third girl is unclear.

The Cook County State's Attorney's Office in Chicago is in possession of a tape allegedly showing R Kelly engaging in sexual activities with a minor. In terms of the new video, the singer's lawyer, Steve Greenberg, released a statement saying he nor his client have been made aware of any new evidence.

Michael Avenatti reportedly handed over the footage to CNN. We have not been contacted by anyone. He was acquitted six years later.

In January 2019, the release of a docuseries called "Surviving R. Kelly" on Lifetime television helped boost the public campaign against him. He added that the video depicts a different encounter than the infamous pissing incident, videotape of which was sent to the Chicago Sun-Times office in 2002 and cited as evidence in Kelly's indictment for child pornography. "We have not been informed about any new information by anyone and we have not been contacted by law enforcement", he said.

During the trial, it was questioned whether the man on the tape was the singer and whether an identifying mole on Kelly was visible in that video.

"I certainly don't think there's a tape of him acting inappropriately with an underaged woman", he told the Tribune.
