No iPad? Apple's March 25 keynote will be 'services focused'

Rumors surrounding new AirPods, a new iPad mini and a refreshed iPad with a larger screen have been coming thick and fast since the start of the new year.

The report from My Smart Price also claimed that the long-awaited AirPower wireless charging mat would finally be released in the next few months, alongside a "wireless charging case for the first-generation AirPods".

Several publications are resisting Apple Inc's plans to keep about half of the revenue from its upcoming news subscription service, the Wall Street Journal reported on Tuesday, citing the iPhone maker's pitch to some news organizations. The report is based on information received from a reliable source in Apple's production chain in China.

Ricciardo hits out at 'speculation' behind Renault move
The trajectory Abiteboul describes is an upward one; Renault climbed from ninth in 2016 to sixth in 2017, then fourth in 2018. Ricciardo will driver alongside Nico Hulkenberg this year having replaced McLaren-bound Carlos Sainz.

It puts the pre-order date as Friday 22 March and the on-sale, shipping date as the following Friday, 29 March. Last year, the company unveiled the iPad 6, the first-ever low-priced slate from the manufacturer to feature support for the Apple Pencil, on March 29. After all, there are plenty of original AirPods owners who'd like the ability to charge their earbuds up wirelessly - even if they weren't doing so on an official Apple wireless charger.

There are also exclusive features belonging to the wireless charging accessory but it is said to be available for iPhones running iOS 13, an update which will release this year. The differences, if any, could be in the sensors, to improve the performance of the iPods.

It may seem odd to hold a hardware-free event, but it makes sense in light of recent shifts in Apple's strategy. However, it's not all good news for AirPods fans because we have conflicting reports. But we certainly don't see these dates as concrete. So, we'll take its claims with a pinch of salt for now. We'll let you know the minute we find out.
