Ozzy Osbourne 'Breathing on His Own' Following Health Scare, Wife Sharon Says

It follows Osbourne's hospitalisation after complications from the flu.

Ozzy's wife, Sharon, returned to her show today The Talk and said he is "doing good" and provided a positive update on the metal icon.

"He's doing good. He's breathing on his own".

The 70-year-old rock star has been struggling recently with health issues, postponing a number of tour dates in the U.S. and Europe after developing an upper respiratory infection. (Tickets are available here.) Osbourne said last week on Facebook that the European shows will be rescheduled in September. "He's overcome by the response he's had", she says.

Last month, Ozzy was forced to postpone the entire European leg of his "No More Tours 2" run on doctors' orders. His "No More Tours 2" tour with Judas Priest is now scheduled to resume in Australia on March 9 and hit North America in May and June.
