'As some of you may've heard, Ozzy was admitted to hospital after some complications from the flu.

"Ozzy Osbourne has been forced to postpone the entire United Kingdom and European leg of his No More Tours 2 tour on doctors' orders", his publicist said in a statement at the time. Now, Sharon Osbourne has taken to Twitter to reveal that Ozzy was admitted to the hospital following complications from the flu.

"Thanks to everyone for their concern and love", Sharon, 66, added.

However after returning to his doctor for a second time, he was told he had a severe upper-respiratory infection, according to a statement obtained by People. Rock and roll's "Prince Of Darkness" was hospitalized in California, with his wife, Sharon, and son, Jack, rushing to his side. Shortly after Sharon showed up, The Blast's sources say she left and returned with a suitcase and a blanket, indicating that she wasn't going anywhere while Ozzy recovered.

"The Talk" co-host Sharon Osbourne confirmed news of her husband's hospitalization in a tweet published Wednesday.

Wizards deal Otto Porter to Bulls for Jabari Parker and Bobby Portis
Portis has certainly shown enough to be worth a trial run, and the future second-rounder definitely sweetens the return. Svi Mykhailiuk is the exact type of player that Chicago should be going after before the trade deadline.

Ozzy continued in a personal statement, "I'm completely devastated for having to postpone the European leg of my tour".

He went on to apologise to his fans as well as his band and crew, as well as Judas Priest who he was set to perform with.

"However, I promise the tour with Judas Priest will be completed".

However he insisted that the tour was now being rescheduled to start in September, no doubt once he was feeling better. "God Bless. Love you all, Ozzy". Following additional evaluation from his doctors, OSBOURNE will likely require another surgery in the coming days to treat multiple infections in his right hand. The four cancelled shows were originally scheduled as follows: Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, CA (October 6), Mattress Firm Amphitheatre in Chula Vista (October 9), the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles (October 11) and MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas (October 13).

Our thoughts are with Ozzy for a speedy recovery.
