Fleck is hardly flawless, and even for those who are optimistic about him, his string of catchphrases can wear thin at times.

Kill was on Sirius XM College Sports and was asked by the hosts why Fleck doesn't like him.

Let's say upfront, Kill might have an ax to grind with Minnesota.

Very strong comments from former @GopherFootball HC Jerry Kill about current HC P.J. Fleck when he joined Big Ten Today with @ESPN_Schick & @OfficialAJHawk. Do I think that he's about the players? No. Kill was named Minnesota's coach in 2011 and coached the Gophers into 2015, when he resigned due to health reasons. "And when he went into Minnesota and treated the people the way he treated my guys and telling them he had to go in and completely change the culture and there was a bad culture and bad people, he made it sound like we didn't know what we were doing".

"I took it personal". It was Fleck who replaced Tracy Claeys, who had been a Kill assistant for a long time. Claeys took over as interim head coach, then landed the permanent job, but he was sacked after the 2016 season, despite a 9-4 record. Kill said that would be his last talk with Fleck, who was on his staff at Northern Illinois from 2007-08.

Fleck, through a team spokesman, declined to comment Wednesday.

He is not coming out openly which means that there are stains in their folds. "We'll be deciding soon how to remove the photo". India and Pakistan have not played any bilateral series since 2008, and have only faced off in ICC multilateral tournaments.

Fleck was hired at Minnesota ahead of the 2017 season.

Kill may not like Fleck, and he took a public opportunity to air some dirty laundry, but Gophers fans don't have to share the skepticism. "And I knew his first wife, and he just changed a bunch". "I'll just be honest with you guys", Kill said.

The obvious implication was that Kill, Claeys, and the players he assumed were not up to the more discerning standards of P.J. Fleck.

Minnesota won nine games in 2016 but 10 players were suspended in relation to a sexual assault investigation.

"The thing that disappoints me the most is going back over the last six years is he [Coyle] threw us all in there", Kill told ESPN Radio 1500 in January 2017.
