A woman who is accusing R. Kelly of sexual abuse discussed her allegations against the R&B singer in Beverly Hills on Monday.

To get out of the jail cell, the singer had to cough up approximately $100,000.

The award-winning singer, who pleaded not guilty to all counts, spent two nights behind bars when he was unable to come up with the money.

Kelly lawyer Greenberg told reporters that his client hopes to post the required $100,000 cash bail Monday evening to be released from a prison hospital unit where he was placed to keep him apart from the general inmate population. After his release from jail on Monday, Kelly, 52, drove straight to the flagship McDonald's in Chicago's River North - also known as the Rock "n" Roll McDonald's - waited in line and sat down for his meal.

Kelly's lawyer said the charges were based on old and false accusations, adding that "all of the women are lying".

In that video, Avenatti says Kelly can be heard "clearly stating" to the victim: "Give me that 14-year-old p-y", "Show Daddy that 14-year-old p-y", "Spread those legs and show me that 14-year-old p-y", and "Give me that 14-year-old booty hole".

The singer was acquitted of the 2008 pornography charges.

His arrest came not long after a purported sex tape surfaced, which contains footage of man who appears to be Kelly having sex with a young girl.

Kelly is due back in court March 22.

R. Kelly is facing ten counts of aggravated sexual assault for allegedly sexually abusing four victims, three of which were minors during the alleged crime was perpetrated.

Kelly's indictment comes a few months after Lifetime aired a docuseries called Surviving R. Kelly, which detailed Kelly's alleged abuse history.

New evidence has surfaced against R. Kelly including a video where he was caught during the act of the abuse and a t-shirt submitted by one of the victims containing Kelly's DNA.

This tape however is said to have been filmed around 2000, TMZ reports.

At Kelly's bond hearing Saturday, prosecutors alleged that Kelly tried to force oral sex on his 24-year-old hairdresser in 2003 while he was free on bond on the then-pending child pornography charges.

Aggravated criminal sexual abuse is a Class 2 felony with a sentencing range of 3-7 years in prison.
