Rockets star James Harden fined $25,000 for criticizing officials

Asked for his thoughts on the comments about Foster's impartiality recently made by Harden and Houston Rockets guard Chris Paul, the Golden State Warriors coach offered up some sarcasm rather than honest opinion on the matter.

The friction between Houston's superstar backcourt and Foster almost boiled over entirely late in the fourth quarter of the Rockets' loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday.

Houston Rockets star James Harden has been fined $25,000 by the National Basketball Association for criticizing the officiating.

He was called for four offensive fouls, including the call that disqualified him from the game with 1:24 left and the Rockets trailing by six.

"I never really talk about officiating or anything like that, but just rude and arrogant", said Harden.

"And it's not even that call [on the sixth foul]". It's just who he is on that floor.

Anthony Crolla vs Vasyl Lomachenko agreed for April 12
The Matchroom chief said: " Lomachenko is a great talent, but Anthony is in great shape and ready for this chance ". But Lomachenko and his father/trainer, Anatoly, prefer Lopez to have a title before they met.

"And I'm probably going to get hit [with a fine], but honestly, I don't really say anything".

"You can't have a conversation with someone that's officiating the game".

Harden is listed as questionable for the Rockets' road game against the Warriors on Saturday as a result of a cervical strain in his neck, according to ESPN.

Harden scored 30 points in that contest to increase his streak of 30-point scoring efforts to 32 games, the second longest in National Basketball Association history behind Hall of Famer Wilt Chamberlain's 65-game run.

Harden is making a strong case for his MVP campaign, averaging 36.5 points, 6.7 rebounds and 7.7 assists to help the Rockets to a 33-25 record.
