Sidharth Malhotra Speaks on His Breakup With Alia Bhatt Says 'Our Relationship is Civil'

He has since been linked up with Jacqueline Fernandez and more recently, Kiara Advani. "We haven't met. Our relationship is civil".

"I don't think it (our relationship) is bitter". And it is civil. I always have fun when I am hanging out with her. Jackie and I really bonded when we were doing A Gentleman. I have known her (Alia) for much longer. So, it's not like we met as a particular boyfriend-girlfriend thing. To which Sidharth said, "There is a reason why two people decide not to be together. So it'll remain. It is just a matter of coming back whether it is work, whether it is socialising", Sidharth said about life post the breakup with Alia. When you take yourself away from a particular situation and experience, you only think of the good after the event or relationship. "I gave my first ever shot with her in SOTY so there is so much history", he revealed. After making their debut together, the duo started dating each other in the year 2016, and they went on to work together for the second time in Kapoor & Sons released the same year. Alia is now dating Ranbir Kapoor; the couple made their relationship official at Sonam and Anand's wedding reception. And we were doing that Radha song and that twirl I had to do, it was insane! "There so much memory and history". So, (there are) all good and happy memories. So if I didn't have the drive and the aggression, I wouldn't have made it because there are millions of kids who want to become leading actors.
