Last week, the British team cancelled a planned shakedown run of the auto because of delays in building it.

On Friday, amidst speculation that the Grove outfit was facing a race against time to be ready for the start of testing on Monday, the team issued a number of renderings of the new vehicle.

Williams will miss the first day of pre-season testing in Barcelona tomorrow because the new auto for 2019 is not ready.

The team had been due to take to the track in Barcelona on Monday, along with the rest of the grid.

"It's clearly not ideal, but equally it's not the end of the world", Williams said.

"Our absolute priority is to always ensure we bring a vehicle to the track that is the best that it can be and sometimes that takes longer than you'd anticipate or like".

Our thoughts are with Andrea's husband, Bill, and her family'. "I miss her", Levy's long-time editor, Jane Morpeth, told PA. Few British writers explored the complex questions of identity for children of the Windrush generation like Andrea Levy .

While the first test will see the RP19 and FW42 in the flesh for the first time, Alfa Romeo is also set to unveil its 2019 livery on Monday morning having completed its shakedown on Valentine's Day in Italy using a special design.

Nine of the teams aim to run on the opening day - the first of two four-day tests in Northern Spain - where the 2019 cars will run in anger for the first time.

It is not unheard of for teams to miss test days and it is often a result of a team wanting to maximise development time before committing to crash tests and the auto build.

Williams finished at the foot of last year's Constructors' Championship, amassing only seven points, which it accrued across just two Grands Prix.

Williams duo Robert Kubica and George Russell - accompanied by reserve driver Nicholas Latifi - showed off their new colors Saturday in Barcelona. Over the winter it lost title sponsor Martini and replaced it with telecommunications company ROCKiT.
