Arizona Cardinals agree to sign FA pass rusher Terrell Suggs

The Ravens’ latest round of departures isn’t just business as usual they are significant losses which leave a void

Drafted by Baltimore as the No. 10 overall selection in the 2003 NFL Draft, Suggs has amassed 132.5 sacks, 7 interceptions, 33 forced fumbles, 854 combined tackles and played in 229 of a possible 256 games over his 16-year career.

Linebacker Terrell Suggs is expected to join the Cardinals as a free agent, according to the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. He returns to Arizona where he played high school and college football.

Longtime Baltimore Ravens linebacker Terrell Suggs has informed the team that he won't be returning for a 17th season as a Raven. Suggs tallied seven sacks and 13 tackles for loss in 2018. I would love to be a Raven for life.

"I'm healthy. I feel like I've still got some juice in the tank". So, we're just going to enjoy it and hope we can work it out.

Nicki Minaj Reacts To Fans Chanting Cardi B & Boos After Canceled Concert
Nicki Minaj and Cardi B had a blowout at a fashion show party in 2018 and appeared to later call a truce of sorts. As she explained, they also apparently didn't have the electrical capabilities to be able to support her act.

The sentimentality and historical significance of Suggs' departure loom large, but he's just a part of a wave of Ravens veterans who'll leave the team this offseason.

NFL.com ranked Suggs as the No. 42 best available free agent.

The former Arizona State standout is one of the best pass rushers the National Football League has seen in the past two decades.

Suggs will turn 37 this October. Baltimore is slated to host Arizona in a regular-season game in 2019 - and on that day, the Ravens will nearly certainly honor Suggs before kickoff and then trot an unfamiliar cast of defenders after it.
