Lori Loughlin's "Full House" family is doing everything they can to stay mum on the subject of "Aunt Becky's" alleged involvement in a massive college admissions cheating scandal.

During Season 6 in 1993, an episode titled "Be True to Your Pre-School" found Uncle Jesse - played by John Stamos - desperate to impress the school's administrators after a play date with another set of parents.

The two parents are forced to navigate the line between wanting what's best for their children and taking things too far when they try to get them into the prestigious preschool. When she discovers what her husband has done, she decides to tell the school the truth. "You're right", says Uncle Jesse. As the "Operation Varsity Blues" investigation showed, cheating on the SAT is a real problem, and "Full House" brought that scenario to the small screen in a 1994 episode called "The Test".

Huffman is accused of giving $15,000 "to participate in the college entrance exam cheating scheme on behalf of her oldest daughter", per the indictment, and Loughlin is accused of paying $500,000 to have her daughters designated as recruits to the USC crew team even though neither of them row crew. "I'm their father. If I don't lie for them, who will?"

Loughlin was charged alongside fellow actress Felicity Huffman and dozens of other individuals on Tuesday as the Department of Justice announced a bust in what they're calling the "largest college admissions scam ever prosecuted".

Many social media users pointed out the parallels (and differences) between Loughlin's real-life situation and on-screen life lesson.

Giannulli, who appeared in court Tuesday afternoon, was released on a $1 million bond and had to surrender his passport, restricting his travel to the continental U.S. The judge did mention the fashion designer's "wife" as his co-defendant and noted that he would allow her to travel only to Canada to continue working.

Jesse "embellishes" both the twins' and his own credentials, a scam that's undone when Becky admits the scheme to the preschool's admissions officer.

Loughlin came to fame playing Aunt Becky, who was married to Uncle Jesse on the hit sitcom "Full House". "Aunt Becky should've know better after all of that", another said.
