San Francisco Giants CEO Larry Baer was caught on camera getting into a physical altercation with his wife Pamela.

As Pam's chair falls to the ground Larry, who is said to make $5 million a year, continues to try and pry the phone from her hand as she lays on the floor, screaming.

Baer has been the CEO of the Giants since 2012, while the couple reportedly helped open the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center back in 2016.

The witness, who captured the incident on video, told TMZ he helped break up the altercation.

Baer's wife also released a statement, suggesting the argument stemmed from a family issue. "We are deeply embarrassed by the situation and have resolved the issue".

Another witness who heard the argument as it escalated told the paper Pamela Baer could be heard saying, "Larry, sit down, sit down".

"My wife and I had an unfortunate public argument related to a family member and she had an injured foot and she fell off her chair in the course of the argument", his statement read.

South African Airline pilot flew for 20 years without a licence
Last November, South Africa's finance minister Tito Mboweni told a U.S. investor conference that the firm should be shut down. Airlines require pilots to have an airline transport pilot licence (ATPL) for long-haul global flights.

"It was a squabble over a cell phone".

Larry has since tried to play down their fight, telling The San Francisco Chronicle "the matter is resolved". "No!" while falling to the ground as her husband attempted to take the cellphone from her.

"And that's when I guess he saw a bunch of people come over and he just let her go and she got up and ran off". Due to an injury I sustained in my foot three days ago, I lost my balance. I did not sustain any injury based on what happened today.

Major League Baseball put out a statement shortly after the scuffle saying it is aware of the incident and will be investigating the situation.

Baer is part of the local ownership group who purchased the Giants in 1992, as the team looked to possibly move out of the Bay Area. The league also said it would have no further comment on the matter "until this process is completed".

Baer has a long history with the Giants, joining in 1980 as their marketing director and eventually ascending to the role of team president in 2008.
