Jessica Chastain Says It: Chapter Two Has The Bloodiest Horror Scene Ever

And thanks to Jessica Chastain, we know that at least one scene in the film is fixing to be historically bloody.

"I'm going to say something, and I think I'm going to be in trouble, but I'm going to do it", Chastain said with a mischevious laugh.

Namely, that there's one scene in particular that apparently features more blood than any scene in any other horror movie ever. We're talking more blood than other lords of the genre like the lawnmower scene from Braindead, the blood rave from Blade, the drenching scene from Carrie, or even the elevator scene from The Shining. Well, it seems that It: Chapter Two is attempting to top that moment.

"The next day I was pulling [fake] blood out of my eyeballs", the actress added.

As Measles Concern Rises, Lawmakers Mixed On What To Do About Vaccination
In Montana, one representative is working to make it easier for parents to opt-out of vaccines for children in daycare. In the case of measles, the herd-immunity threshold is 95 per cent, but B.C.'s vaccination rate is lower than that.

"She's soooo happy when she can smear her fake blood on me", Muschietti wrote on Instagram.

Joining Chastain in the adult cast are James McAvoy as Bill Denbrough, Bill Hader as Richie Tozier, James Ransone as Eddie Kaspbrak, Andy Bean as Stan Uris, Jay Ryan as Ben Hanscom, and Isaiah Mustafa as Mike Hanlon. That amount of blood could be used in all kinds of ways in Andy Muschietti's highly-anticipated sequel, though obviously we're hoping it'll be employed during the Jade of The Orient sequence, wherein the adult Losers' Club has a most unsettling experience at Derry's premier Chinese restaurant.

"It's scary, man", she teased.

It: Chapter Two is scheduled for theaters on Sep. 6.
