Kevin Feige On Why Nick Fury Didn't Page Captain Marvel Pre-'Avengers'

Marvel Contest of Champions- Captain Marvel

The post-credits scene in 2015's Ant-Man, with Captain America and Falcon (Anthony Mackie) confronting Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan), turned out to be a sequence from the middle of the next MCU film on the roster, Captain America: Civil War. In a corner, Captain Marvel's beeper (which she left with Nick Fury at the end of her movie) is beeping, until suddenly it's not.

Captain Marvel stars Academy Award® victor Brie Larson (Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel), Samuel L. Jackson (Nick Fury), Ben Mendelsohn, Djimon Hounsou (Korath), Lee Pace (Ronan), Lashana Lynch, Gemma Chan (Minn-Erva), Algenis Perez Soto, Rune Temte, McKenna Grace, Kenneth Mitchell (Joseph Danvers), with Clark Gregg (Phil Coulson), and Jude Law. Who knows? Hopefully, fans will get more answers in Avengers: Endgame.

However, it does not explicitly hint towards a Captain Marvel 2. Since Captain Marvel is immune to poison, Liquid Courage will grant her bonus Attack without needing to withstand Poison damage. But we know what really happened, eh Fury?

Does the scene reveal another movie?

Goose, the presumed domesticated house cat and actually a Flerken, walks across Fury's desk. Earlier in the film, Goose swallows the Tesseract, apparently to keep it safe from the alien Kree. Thor eventually took it to Asgard for safekeeping, but Loki retrieved it again in Thor: Ragnarok, and it ended up in space with the Asgardian refugees, until Thanos came for it.

Wales finale will be ideal send-off for Ireland skipper Rory Best
Warren Gatland's Wales - the only team with a chance of a grand slam - have 16 points, England 15 and Ireland 14. Hooker Best, 36, added: 'It's a really great way to finish off my Six Nations career.

Given Marvel Studios' intention to bring new characters into the next phase of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, not to mention Rogers' inherently self-sacrificing nature, it's easy to see why so many people are predicting that Steve will be the one to die in Endgame.

What it means: We've long known that the Tesseract was in S.H.I.E.L.D.'s possession at this point in time (the 1990s), so this does not seem to be offering any significant new information about where it's been or where it's going.

As to Flerkens, they're been an established part of Marvel Comics since 2014. It subsequently laid more than a hundred eggs on her ship.

Costumes we don't see include her Warbird and Binary outfits, though when she reaches Binary mode we do see her hair light up with energy, giving us a similar effect without the whole skin turning red thing.
