Former Disney star Kyle Massey is being sued for sexual misconduct by a 13-year-old girl who claims the actor sent her sexually explicit photos and videos, allegedly including pics of his erect penis.

Massey is best known for playing the main character's little brother, Cory, on That's So Raven from 2003 to 2007.

The lawsuit said, according to the magazine, how Kyle and the 13-year-old met: She claimed she met Kyle nine years ago at Universal City in California while with her mother.

The bench made it clear that Sreesanth will get the opportunity of being heard by the committee on the quantum of the punishment. The Supreme Court also asked the cricket board to reconsider Sreesanth's punishment within the next three months.

The complaint is for intentional infliction of emotional distress, harmful matter sent with intention of seducing a minor, attempting to commit a lewd act with a minor, and annoying or molesting a minor.

The claims first came down late Friday night after TMZ got a hold of the lawsuit, which accuses the former That's So Raven star of effectively grooming an underage girl over a long period of time, gaining her trust by allegedly telling her he could help her break into Hollywood. Her mother, Anne Doe, filed on her behalf, according to court documents obtained by E!

The star is said to have developed a bond with the girl and her family. They resumed speaking again in November 2018, and Kyle allegedly offered the teen stay with him and his girlfriend while he'd help the young girl find an agent for her acting career. The alleged intention was to help her find an agent.

The suit says the girl is suing Massey for at least $1.5 million.
