Cyrus started off by sharing pics of herself the salon, before presenting her new haircut and color - and it looks just like her former onscreen alter ego, Hannah Montana.

In a video posted on Twitter, Miley Cyrus is showing off her classic blonde hair.

Miley Cyrus took to social media with a series of posts that found her sporting a familiar blonde hairstyle and bringing back the role that catapulted her to stardom: Hannah Montana.

There's been no public talk of a Hannah Montana reboot or anything yet, but obviously it looks like the show would have a huge audience of now-adults who grew up with Miley's iconic character!

Despite what you may be thinking, this isn't the first time Hannah Montana's world has collided with the scene.

South Korea says its president will travel to the United States to meet with President Donald Trump for a summit on North Korean nuclear diplomacy.

She also shared a video singing along to the show's theme song, "The Best of Both Worlds".

The show lasted for four seasons, and also had two major motion pictures: Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert (2008) and Hannah Montana: The Movie (2009). One clip shows her rocking to "Nobody's ideal", while jokingly declaring, "except me of course". "Like if you take a little Molly and smoke a joint".

Ha! Any time somebody like Lady GaGa has THAT to say about your show and its lead character's impact on pop culture, you've truly made it! "She loved doing it and in some fashion someday we will probably see Hannah again".

The singer shared the transformation process on social media.

GIRL! The confidence... the old-school Disney vibes... and the new updated punk Hannah look!
