Minnesota police in the USA responded to a welfare check request only to find a cardboard cutout of MyPillow CEO and inventor Michael Lindell.

The Jordan Police Department took it all in stride, even posting on Facebook about the false alarm with the title "Call Of The Day - a little humor for everyone".

Gurley dealing with arthritis in knee
The 24-year-old running back is dealing with arthritis in his knee, according to The Athletic , which cited unidentified sources. Los Angeles signed Gurley to a four-year, $60 million contract extension this past July with $45 million guaranteed.

February 2019 was one of the snowiest on record in Minnesota, with temperatures plummeting past -20 degrees Celsius on some occasions.

Lindell, himself a Minnesota native who has been starring this week at the Conservative Political Action Conference, shared the police department's post on his own Facebook page.

Investigating officers discovered the person in question was really a life-size cardboard cutout of Mike Lindell, the CEO for local company MyPillow.
