As per various reports, Bayern Munich stars Robert Lewandowski and Kingsley Coman apparently engaged in a fist fight with each other during the club's training session earlier today.

German daily Bild reports that during the training session, Polish striker Lewandowski and France worldwide Coman got into a heated argument after Lewandowski had criticized his 21-year-old strike partner.

The pair are believed to have got into a heated exchange after comments from Lewandowski towards his French teammate, something which escalated at Bayern Munich's Säbener Strasse training facility.

It has been reported that both players were struck in the face by one another in their angry bust-up, before their colleagues intervened and ultimately separated them.

But no one could have predicted what would follow, and the Heat deserve all the credit in the world for the idea. The Heat did not miss the opportunity to pay tribute to the three-time champion and future Hall of Famer.

According to the same media source, team mates Niclas Süle and Jerome Boateng were the first on the scene to try to separate Lewandowski and Coman.

Though Bayern coach Niko Kovac was initially going to send them both back to the changing rooms, he changed his mind and continued the session with both still involved. This surprised Bayern's players and they resumed preparing for Sunday's trip to Fortuna Dusseldorf having just witnessed a bit more than your typical training ground coming together.

The fight put a sour note on what has been a positive week for the reigning Bundesliga champions after they thrashed title rivals Borussia Dortmund 5-0 last weekend.
